Google Maps leads

Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-05-20.

The service

Google Maps leads, an Ounie product ("we", "us"), extracts publicly accessible business data from Google Maps on your behalf, in response to queries you submit. You ("you", "the customer") pay for places extracted at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the data we deliver in a way that complies with applicable law. For email outreach: CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU). For phone outreach: TCPA. You will not resell our raw data feed as a substitute service. You will not use the API to attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 2 credits per scraped place (3 with contact enrichment), reserved when a job starts and settled when it finishes. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior scrape outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

Failed payment

If your Ounie wallet runs out of credits, no new scrape jobs can start, but your existing data stays accessible and buying credits restores full functionality. We do not delete user data because of an empty wallet.

Refunds

Failed scrape jobs are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed). For anything else, open a support ticket.

Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API and dashboard. We do not guarantee that Google Maps's underlying data is complete or accurate; we deliver what's publicly visible at the time of your query.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
